1. Scope of Work & Right to Refuse

• ♥ Before starting, we will agree in writing (DM or email) on the details of the commission, including subject, style, size, and whether it is for personal or commercial use.
• ♥ I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, including subject matter, scheduling conflicts, or workload. If I decline, no payment will be requested.

2. Payment Policy

• ♥ A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your spot in my queue.
• ♥ The remaining 50% must be paid before the final high-resolution file is delivered.
• ♥ The final artwork will be shown with a watermark until full payment is received.
• ♥ Accepted payment methods: PayPal (If you are Mexican I'll send my card info)
• ♥ Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

3. Refund Policy

• ♥ Due to the custom nature of commissions: Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
• ♥ A full refund will only be issued if I cancel the commission and cannot complete it.
• ♥ Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind, personal taste, or minor dissatisfaction.
• ♥ If a serious issue occurs that I am unable to correct, a partial or full refund may be discussed at my discretion.

4. Turnaround Time

• ♥ The average turnaround time is 1–4 weeks from receiving the deposit.
• ♥ This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
• ♥ Delays may occur due to workload, health, or technical issues. You will be notified if this happens.
• ♥ Rush orders must be discussed before payment and may require an additional fee.

5. Revisions

• ♥ You will receive WIP updates during the process.
• ♥ Two (2) minor revisions are included for free.
• ♥ Minor revisions include small color adjustments, slight expression edits, or small detail tweaks.
• ♥ Additional revisions cost $5 per change.
• ♥ Major changes (pose, composition, concept changes after sketch approval) may require an additional fee or a new quote.

6. Usage & Copyright

• ♥ I retain full copyright ownership of all artwork created.
• ♥ Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the artwork.
• ♥ Personal use includes: Posting on personal social media (with credit), Using as an icon/banner/wallpaper, Printing for personal enjoyment.
• ♥ You may not: Resell the artwork, Create merchandise, Use it for business promotion, Remove my signature/watermark.
• ♥ Commercial use must be discussed before work begins and will require additional fees and possibly a separate agreement.
• ♥ I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on social media unless privacy is requested beforehand.

7. Client Responsibilities

• ♥ Provide clear references and detailed descriptions.
• ♥ Respond to WIP updates within a reasonable timeframe (5–7 days).
• ♥ Delayed responses may result in delayed delivery.

8. Cancellation

• ♥ If you cancel after work has begun: The deposit will not be refunded. No further work will be completed. Any completed work remains my intellectual property.

9. Agreement

• ♥ By sending payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
